Your report will be finished and delivered to you the same day as the inspection.
I use professional monitors that take hourly readings to give an accurate measurement of the radon in your home. They also measure temperature and humidity for increased accuracy, and detect movement to prevent tampering. Radon monitors must set in a home for a minimum of 48 hours. If under a time constraint I can start the measurement two days prior to the inspection so that it has concluded once the inspection is complete. State of Ohio License #: RT992.

There are many different contaminants that can be found in your drinking water. Per your request water samples will be taken and sent to a state certified laboratory for analysis. Depending on which contaminates you would like to test for, results may take 1-7 days.

Mold in a home can lead to many health problems. I am constantly looking for mold within structures during my inspections. If I do find mold and you would like to have it tested by a lab for verification, I can do so. However, this normally isn’t necessary as mold if fairly easy to identify. When I do find mold my priority is determining what is causing its growth. Mold is just a symptom of excessive moisture. You have to remove the moisture or the mold will persist despite your efforts.
If your home was built before 1978 there is a chance it contains lead paint. Lead is a toxic metal that can cause a range of health issues. Children are most susceptible to lead poisoning because they ingest lead paint chips and put other lead contaminated objects in their mouths.
