Grounds & Drainage -Proper Drainage, Driveways, Walkways, Steps, Railings, Retaining Walls, Fences, Landscaping
Heating, Ventilation, & Cooling (HVAC) - All systems will be operated when allowable and covers will be removed for closer inspection.
-Furnace, Baseboard Heaters, Boilers, Air Conditioners, Ductwork, Piping
Plumbing -Showers, Tubs, Sinks, Toilets, Supply & Drain Pipes, Hot Water Tanks, Piping for Gas Appliances
Electrical -Main Service Panel, Lighting, Outlets, Service Entry Cable, Grounding, Visible Wiring, Smoke Detectors, Appliances Staying in the Home (Ex. Refrigerator, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher)
Interior -Ceilings, Walls, Floors, Windows, Doors, Closets, Cabinets, Fireplaces
